Nirium is strictly a software and infrastructure provider (SDK/API). We do not operate as a Financial Technology Institution (ITF), do not manage third-party funds, and are not subject to registration under Art. 80 of the Fintech Law. All operational, KYC, AML, and compliance responsibilities fall entirely on the regulated institutional operator utilizing our infrastructure. Nirium acts solely as a decentralized routing layer on Soroban.

Programmatically fetches protocol benchmark rates (Blend USDC and Etherfuse CETES) in real-time via Soroban oracles.
Define routing rules
Configure parameters such as exposure limits, minimum operational liquidity (0K), and B2B corporate routing policies.
Executes institutional policies
If parameters meet the policies, the SDK executes autonomously. Every transaction is cryptographically signed (HMAC-SHA256).
Settles on Stellar (~4s)
Automatically settles via Soroban contracts. 100% non-custodial operation; keys always remain under corporate control.
Generates compliance reports
Exports CNBV and auditor-ready JSONs, immutably anchored to IPFS. Continuous autonomous operation guaranteed.

The USDC ↔ CETES corporate corridor via Etherfuse optimizes B2B treasury. Nirium provides the software infrastructure (flat license fee). Etherfuse charges ~0.20% for CETES execution. The Regulated Partner (ITF/casa de bolsa) sets and collects all financial commissions independently.
