Autonomous Treasury
An AI agent on Stellar that rebalances your treasury between USDC and CETES via Etherfuse 24/7. No CFO. No spreadsheets. No WhatsApp.
Regulatory Disclosure
Nirium is a non-custodial software infrastructure. We do not provide financial advice, manage third-party assets, or process fiat directly. All financial operations are executed on the Stellar network by the user via non-custodial wallets. Regulatory compliance for fiat operations is handled by our third-party regulated partners in alignment with local laws (e.g., Art. 80 Ley Fintech).
How the agent works
24/7 Autonomous Monitoring
Continuously monitors current benchmark rates (Blend USDC and Etherfuse CETES) via real-time Soroban oracles. No manual polling.
Applies your policy
You define: spread threshold (1.5%), USDC minimum liquidity (0K), max bond exposure (60%). The agent respects these rules.
Decides to rebalance
If Bond vs USDC spread exceeds your threshold, executes. Otherwise holds. Every decision is signed and traceable.
Executes on Stellar (~4s)
Via pathPaymentStrictReceive on SDEX or direct Etherfuse swap. Non-custodial. Keys always remain with the client.
Audit Persistence
Generates a signed HMAC-SHA256 audit log, anchors it to IPFS, and updates the CNBV-exportable registry. The agent maintains 24/7 uptime.

Coming via Etherfuse:
Cross-border as output
When the agent rebalances, cross-border payments are a natural consequence — not a separate product.
The Fiat ↔ CETES ↔ USDC corridor via Etherfuse bypasses the expensive XLM/USDC SDEX spread and replaces it with a ~0.8% all-in fee (Nirium + Etherfuse).
Two paths depending on the user
KYC Onramp (humans)
Human user or fintech with regulated end-users. KYC via Etherfuse, local bank deposit, receives tokenized bonds in their Stellar wallet.
Swap without KYC (agents)
AI agents or DeFi protocols that already have USDC. Direct USDC ↔ Bonds swap via Etherfuse or SDEX. No forms. No passports.
