Nirium Protocol is experimental, unaudited software currently deployed exclusively on the Stellar Testnet. All interactions involve test tokens with NO monetary value. Nirium does not manage, control, or custody real financial assets at this stage. Past performance of any algorithm, strategy, or agent — including ELO scores and simulated metrics — does NOT guarantee or imply future results. Volatility is inherent to DeFi protocols, and users should expect the possibility of total loss.
2. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on this website, documentation, or communication from Nirium constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You should consult with a qualified professional advisor before making any decisions. The Nirium team are not registered financial advisors or broker-dealers.
3. Smart Contract Risk
Soroban smart contracts (Vault, ELO Registry, etc.) have NOT been formally audited. They may contain bugs or vulnerabilities resulting in loss of funds. Nirium provides these contracts 'as-is' without warranties of any kind.
4. AI Agent Execution Risk
Nirium utilizes autonomous AI agents (LLMs). These systems are inherently unpredictable and may exhibit 'hallucinations' or make suboptimal economic decisions. By activating any agent, you accept full responsibility for the outcomes.
5. Testnet vs. Mainnet Distinction
Nirium operates exclusively on Stellar Testnet. Tokens have no real value, the network may reset, and all performance metrics are technological validation simulations.
6. No Warranty (AS-IS Software)
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS', WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Authors shall not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.
7. Jurisdictional Restrictions
Nirium does not solicit or provide services in prohibited or restricted jurisdictions, including countries subject to OFAC sanctions. The user is responsible for complying with the laws of their jurisdiction.
