Data Sovereignty & Privacy Protocol
April 30, 2026
1. Non-Custodial Architecture
Nirium is a non-custodial interface. We never collect, store, or transmit your private keys or recovery phrases. All transaction signing occurs locally within your authorized wallet provider (e.g., Freighter). You are the sole custodian of your assets.
2. On-Chain Transparency
As a protocol built on Stellar, all transactions and vault operations are public and immutable. Nirium does not link your public keys to your real-world identity unless explicitly required for specific institutional compliance modules (KYC/KYB) which are handled by authorized third-party providers.
4. Institutional Compliance & SCF Transparency
In accordance with SCF 7.0 transparency guidelines, Nirium maintains an open-source technical architecture. We prioritize data sovereignty and institutional-grade privacy protocols, ensuring that your financial operations remain confidential while adhering to global compliance standards updated as of April 30, 2026.
3. Minimal Telemetry
We collect technical telemetry (browser version, network latency, execution logs) strictly for protocol maintenance and security monitoring. We do not sell user data or use third-party marketing trackers.
For institutional partners regarding regulatory reporting, CNBV compliance, and private data siloing, please refer to our documentation.
