Regulatory Disclosure: B2B Software Provider

Nirium is strictly a software and infrastructure provider (SDK/API). We do not operate as a Financial Technology Institution (ITF), do not manage third-party funds, and are not subject to registration under Art. 80 of the Fintech Law. All operational, KYC, AML, and compliance responsibilities fall entirely on the regulated institutional operator utilizing our infrastructure. Nirium acts solely as a decentralized routing layer on Soroban.

Dual-network B2B environment. Payment and audit rails are live on Stellar mainnet; the autonomous treasury vault and its contracts run on Stellar Testnet, audit-gated, until a formal external audit — before any real capital is deployed.

Infrastructure Executive Summary

Nirium is exclusively an infrastructure software provider (SDK/API) built on the Stellar network. We facilitate the autonomous routing of corporate capital —with a primary focus on CETES tokenization via Etherfuse— without Nirium assuming custody, liquidity, or ITF roles.

The core architecture consists of hardened Soroban contracts, programmatic execution nodes with atomic micropayments (x402/MPP), and a forensic telemetry system anchored to IPFS for institutional-grade auditability.

Who is this for? Regulated operators and Fintechs. Integrate our TypeScript SDK or deploy logic through the Treasury Builder to generate immutable compliance trails (HMAC-SHA256).

Software-only. Nirium does not provide legal or financial advice. All contracts are in Sandbox/Testnet phase.

Flow Approval Models

Configure the autonomy level of the B2B node to fit your internal compliance policies.

Multisig Signature (Manual)

  • Institution approves each batch
  • 2-of-3 authorization required in Soroban
  • Strict control for high-value amounts
  • Recommended for initial CETES settlement

Autonomous Provisioning

  • Node routes liquidity under strict thresholds
  • Instant IPFS audit per event
  • Continuous execution without UI blocking
  • Ideal for 24/7 corporate float optimization

Architecture Modules (v0.10.2)

Treasury Builder (Visual)

Connect infrastructure nodes and webhooks via a drag-and-drop configuration canvas.

API Integration Guides

Documentation of 86 REST endpoints to connect your legacy systems.

Blueprints Library

Pre-configured schemas for USDC to CETES routing and cross-border settlement.

Telemetry Console

Monitor node activity, latencies, and export JSON forensic logs.

Vault Contracts

Non-custodial instantiation of Soroban vaults linked to your master key.

Cryptographic Integrity

Every state mutation is signed with HMAC-SHA256 and persists on decentralized networks. Each record is bound to LCP legal terms (SHA-256 atrHash, AAA-ICDR).

Payouts & Disbursements

Fan-out one treasury to up to 100 recipients in a signed batch — non-custodial, with an immutable IPFS receipt per run.

Mainnet runs the software-only, non-custodial rails: x402 settlement, MPP Charge, audit anchoring and reporting. Payouts on mainnet is invite-only. The autonomous treasury vault and its rebalance loop stay on testnet, audit-gated, until a formal external audit — no third-party capital is deployed there.
