Infrastructure Executive Summary

Nirium is an infrastructure software provider (package/API) built on the Stellar network. We facilitate the autonomous routing of corporate capital —with a primary focus on CETES tokenization via Etherfuse— without Nirium assuming custody or managing third-party liquidity.

The core architecture consists of hardened Soroban contracts, programmatic execution nodes with atomic micropayments (x402/MPP), and a forensic telemetry system anchored to IPFS for institutional-grade auditability.

Mainnet runs the software-only, non-custodial rails: x402 settlement, MPP Charge, audit anchoring and reporting. Payouts on mainnet is invite-only. The autonomous treasury vault and its rebalance loop stay on testnet, audit-gated, until a formal external audit — no third-party capital is deployed there.
